How do I send you my sample? When does my test kit arrive?
When the order is made from the website, you will be emailed instructions on how to send us your hair sample. Please make sure to enter your email address correctly.
Put 4-5 strands of hair into an envelope and send it along with the printed test submission form (found here).
We will not send any hair sample kit or similar.
Please ensure correct postage is paid to avoid any delays in delivery.
Can you see if my sample has arrived?
When can I expect my results?
Normally all results are emailed within 72 hours upon the lab receiving your sample. If you have not received your report within this time period, please contact us. Sometimes these reports are stuck in cyperspace / the spam filter. If that is the case, we will try to help you.
I am allergic to [cats/dogs/nuts etc.]. Why is it not included in my report?
An allergy is the body’s immune system responding to what would normally be considered a harmless substance such as pollen, food, mould, pet hair, insects, medicines or house dust mites. The body perceives this substance to be a “threat” and produces an inappropriate response, with symptoms usually starting within a few minutes but also as long as two hours later. A food intolerance is the body’s difficulty in digesting certain foods and experiencing physical symptoms as a result of eating them, with symptoms emerging hours to days later.
Remember:
Allergy = fast symptoms
Intolerance = symptoms emerging later

Currently, the tests are processed in our test facility in the UK and in Australia. We are also considering opening a center in the United States. Once the hair samples have arrived at our test facility, you can expect to receive your results within 72 hours from our test receipt.
