Learn about how your pet, whether it be a cat or a dog, reacts to certain food items. The pet intolerance test uses your pet’s hair sample to test 30 different food items. This intolerance / allergy test works for all animals, pets such as dogs, cats, horses etc. Please use this order form when submitting fur for your pet.
Download this form to send with your pet food allergy test. Test only requires 3 / 4 strands of fur, if longer than an inch. We test any form of fur from the pet.
